7/11/23 – This is a third variation Mauser Model 1914 sold in the commercial market during WW1. It is all matching and has the proper “Double Crown U” commercial proofs. It has retained roughly 85% of its original finish. Generally, there is light spotty oxidation throughout and areas of wear around the muzzle, around the high edges, and on the front strap. Fitted with a nice period-correct wood grip and comes with one proper magazine. The bore has decent rifling, but there is tiny pitting throughout.
