4/12/23 – Original and excellent condition. 1940 dated, matching numbered K98 bayonet and scabbard. Blade and scabbard stamped with “2122” serial number. Release button and pommel have waffen military proof stamps. Blade spine is date stamped “40”. Bakelite grips are tight, secure and excellent condition. Leather frog has intact and original stitching. Date and maker stamped on the back. Somewhat faint, but visible. Hard to upgrade.
