11/08/24 – For sale is a Lee Enfield No5 Mk1 Jungle Carbine made at Fazakerly in 1945. This carbine is in great condition overall with no major blemishes. The metal retains a dark finish with plenty of wear and some of the finish turning brown with age. The stock is equally nice with no cracks or breaks but the buttstock looks to have been sanded sometime long ago as the buttplate is slightly oversized. The rifle has matching numbers on the bolt, forestock, and receiver. The bore is bright with great rifling. There is an import mark on the right of the barrel.
