3/27/24 – This is a nice example of a Marlin Model 1889 lever action rifle, manufactured in 1889 and chambered in .38 Winchester. It has retained roughly half of its original finish with obvious wear and spotty brown patina throughout. Nice wood stock with minor dings and scratches throughout. The bore has good rifling, but there are some spots with tiny pits here and there. Very smooth action.
