10/10/22 – This is an excellent example of a rare M1A1 Paratrooper Carbine rifle stock. The stock in our opinion, is a high quality reproduction made by Inland. The wood is very clean throughout and has no cracks or chips. The underside of the pistol-grip handle is ordnance stamped. The interior well of the wood is “IO” stamped by Inland. The back / flat end of the wood is “P” proof stamped. The metal buttstock folds and unfolds without issue and properly locks into place. The leather cheek pad is excellent. Makes for a great placeholder or replacement stock for a paratrooper M1 Carbine rifle.
