7/14/22 – This is a a really cool Luger relic dug up on a WW2 battlefield! This particular gun came to us as a part of a large collection of relics dug up on Eastern European WW2 battlefields. This one is a Luger, a magazine, two rear toggle sections, one front toggle section, and 4 grip panels. you can actually see that the magazine has a black bakelite bottom and is for a “Black Widow” Luger! The gun and parts are in poor condition overall – heavily rusted and pitted throughout, and some areas have even completely rusted away. The wood grips have started to rot away. There are no moving parts on this gun (everything is rusted together) and the receiver is destroyed. The side plate, takedown lever, and trigger are loose and will fall out if you’re not careful. This is a non-gun and does not require an FFL.
