6/21/19 – This is an original WWII nazi Luftwaffe sword with the original scabbard, hanger, and what we believe is an original parade sash / belt. The blade is maker stamped by Eickhorn and in great overall condition despite some small areas of surface wear. Most of this is oxidation and dark discoloration as well as surface scratches from the scabbard. Never sharpened. The hilt opposite the maker stamped side of the blade has a small name scratched into it: H. Becker. Original leather stopper is in tact. Stretched blue leather on scabbard is excellent with only minor scuffing. The hanger and “sash” are excellent condition and appear original, but no maker stamps or markings.
