11/1/21 – This is an original M35 Luftschutz Polizei beaded helmet from WW2. The helmet has two exterior emblems, one of which is almost completely removed, as shown in photos. The other police eagle emblem is in good condition and about 80-85% in tact. Some mild patina and no external dents. The interior leather liner shows typical wear and aging with some mild scuffing but no major issues. The interior of the shell is maker stamped “EF 62” and serial number “20490”. There’s also a Luftwaffe eagle with L.S. underneath – see photos.
