4/6/23 – This is a 1950s production Australian Army Lithgow L1A2 bayonet. Used with the L1A1 SLR, FN FAL, or F1 submachine gun. The blade is in minty condition with a parkerized finish, and measures about 8″ long. The hilt and handle is all metal and parkerized as well with minimal surface wear. Excellent overall condition. Overall length is just under 12″, not including the scabbard. The scabbard has a black painted finish and shows some mild surface wear but no major issues nor any dents.
