6/18/24 – This is an original late WW2 production P.38 magazine. The magazine is maker stamped on the spine “jvd” below a small waffen military proof stamp, “WaA706”. The left side of the magazine is stamped “P.38 U” which is a late-war production stamp. The magazine tube has rough machine marks and scratches, which is indicative of late-war production as well. The magazine is in excellent overall condition with original blued finish and a strong functional spring.
