6/3/24 – This is an excellent condition, late WW2 production P.38 magazine. The magazine is stamped on the left side of the base “P.38 U”, where the U stands for unhardened metal (a late war feature). The spine of the magazine is stamped with a waffen military eagle WaA706 proof stamp, and “jvd” maker code. JVD was a subcontractor for P.38 magazines during WW2. This example has minimal finish loss and is truly excellent with a fully functional spring.
