10/31/17 – This is a softshell style late WW2 production P.38 holster. The back of the holster has strong stamps, including a waffen WaA869 eagle stamp, P.38 stamp, and fkx maker stamp. The “fkx” maker code is fairly scarce and not as common as other late-war makers. The leather is all in tact but has signs of use. There is an outline of a P.38 that this holster once held. There is also light mold near the toe of the holster. This could be easily cleaned if desired. The stitching is all original and authentic with no issues. Guaranteed original.
