9/2/21 – This is a fairly scarce, late war Walther flare pistol from WW2. The pistol is made of zinc, and features wood grips. The right side of the pistol shows an eagle proof stamp which signifies black powder use only. The frame is also eagle 359 acceptance stamped. 6 inch barrel has a clean interior bore (no rifling). The exterior finish has some texture / rough areas around the barrel and edges of the frame. There’s some surface rust on the interior and underside of the trigger guard. The wood grips are excellent. Comes with a post-war flare holster.
