10/20/21 – This is an excellent example of a late-war Winchester M1 Carbine issued to the US military in late 1944 – early 1945. The gun was reworked, as evidenced by the “AAHO” arsenal marking on the stock. The stock was replaced and a bayonet lug and adjustable rear sight were added, likely for issue in the Korean War. A full parts list with markings is included below. The gun comes with a WW2-era sling, one proper magazine, and an oiler. The gun has retained most of its parkerized finish with areas of splotchy discoloration throughout. There are some light handling marks and surface scuffs on the barrel. The stock is excellent with just a few minor dings here and there. The bore is mint.
