3/18/24 – late war Walther PP with no slide legend. Mismatched serial numbers on frame and slide, which is indicative of a GI assembled pistol after the American forces occupied the Walther factory in April of 1945. Typical late war finish with a few minor surface marks on the left side of the slide. There is a dab of white paint on the rear sight. Bore is very clean and rates a 9 of 10. Completely functional piece with excellent late war grips and a post war magazine.
