8/28/24 – This is an ultra-rare Kriegsmarine Mauser HSC or M1934 holster. This example is unlike most other Kriegsmarine Mauser holsters because of the “AKAH” style and shape, with closure strap sewn onto a side flap and front-facing magazine pouch. Also, this holster is Kriegsmarine proof stamped on the back leather instead of the front or interior leather. Based on our research and dozens of other examples we’ve encountered, we believe this is a later wartime example, and highly desirable. The back leather has a distinct Kriegsmarine eagle proof stamp that’s verified as original and correct. The proof is well struck and easily visible, and there are no other markings. The leather is soft and pliable with normal use wear and an outline of a previous pistol still visible near the top of the magazine pouch and toe of the holster. There’s a few small, light surface cracks on the top leather near the bend, but tis doesn’t go deep into the leather. Overall great condition with all-original straw colored stitching. A desirable and highly collectible variation. Price reduced for Labor Day Weekend only!
