5/28/20 – This is an original K98 dress / parade bayonet. The bayonet is a high polished steel with a mirror finish. Overall the blade is in minty condition with only some light surface scratches from the scabbard. Maker stamped with no other markings. The scabbard has no dents but there is some light surface wear and areas with missing paint. The frog is minty and has a strong maker stamp and 1941 date on the back.
