10/7/22 – This is a very nice example of an Arisaka Type 38 rifle issued to the Japanese military during WW2. It is all matching, but the Imperial mum stamp on the receiver has been ground. Overall, the gun is in very nice condition, retaining most of its original bluing, just some small scuffs on the underside of the trigger guard. The stock is very nice and may have been lightly sanded. There are a few noticeable dings here and there. The bore is near-mint. Comes with an original cleaning rod.
