10/1/24 – This is an interesting factory cutaway Mauser Luger. The chamber shows a partial “G Date” indicating it was manufactured by Mauser in 1935. Oddly enough, the gun has Farsi serial numbering and “Safe” written in Farsi on the safety, so we assume this was part of a Persian contract. There is a crown marking on the right side of the slide. The finish rates roughly 50% with obvious wear and finish loss throughout. Comes with a blank, un-numbered magazine. Mint bore. Even though all the parts move, this is not a functional firearm. No FFL is required.
