05/06/2024 – For sale is a M1 Carbine made by Inland Manufacturing made in October of 1943. The overall condition of the rifle is excellent and the metal retains the majority of its original bluing from the factory. The stock is marked “RMC” in the sling slot with a very large cross cannons on the right side of the stock and is I-cut for the oiler. The barrel is marked Inland Manufacturing with “10-43” for date of manufacture. The finish of the handguard does not match the stock. Towards the end of 1943, Inland received some stocks from Rock Ola Manufacturing. The bore is excellent and very bright with great rifling. The rifle comes with a sling and an oiler.
