5/25/23 – This is an original WW2 production Hitler Youth Knife with an original scabbard. The dagger is a later wartime production example with a higher ricasso and thicker blade. The ricasso is RZM maker stamped on one side with code M7/38 for Paul Seilheimer. There’s light oxidation and surface scratching on the blade, as well as signs of professional / machine sharpening along the edge. The leather stopper is original and intact. The hand guard and pommel have light surface patina and natural aging wear. The grips are excellent with a strong diamond pattern. The scabbard has light surface patina but no major issues. The original leather frog is in great condition.
