7/6/21 – This is an original Hitler Youth Knife with a reproduction / post war scabbard. The blade is in good condition with some surface scratching and a very faint, faded RZM stamp as well as a maker stamp from August Mertel (M over two oak leaves). The handle grip panels are original and in great condition. There is some patina throughout the pommel and hand guard. The scabbard is excellent, but a post war example.
