4/4/22 – This is an immediate post-WW2 production Belgian High Power shoulder stock and holster. These stocks were leftover after the war, and paired with a holster for commercial use. The metal end of the stock has a Belgian “R” proof stamp. The wood is in excellent, minty condition throughout. The metal has some spots of surface rust, mostly around the attaching end (male piece) and on the back plate with ring, and screws. There an attached canvas loop and metal clasp, as shown. This is in fair condition with rust throughout the metal clasp, and is likely from an Inglis high power, as shown by the broad arrow ink stamp. The holster leather is in good condition with some cracking along the top and side and minor stains. No stitching issues.
