3/16/22 – This is an original, late WW2 variation German army belt and buckle. The buckle is in good condition with surface patina and discoloration throughout, but no major rust or pitting. The interior is maker stamped and dated 1943. The belt is a black ersatz material. The black paper-like material is firm but still malleable. There’s some surface wrinkling throughout and typical signs of aging but no excessive wear. No stamps or markings on the belt. The belt also is missing an attachment loop on one end.
