12/4/23 – This is an original WW2 German Dress / Parade Police bayonet. The bayonet comes with an attached officer’s portepee and an original scabbard. The bayonet blade is shiny with a nickel finish, and measures 32.7cm long. There’s some light speckling near the tip, and mild surface scratches throughout, but no major issues. Clean edge is unsharpened. The base of the blade is maker stamped as shown. The original leather stopper is still intact. The hand guard is unit stamped. Nice stag handles with a Police logo on one side. The spine of the blade is stamped with a Sunkist star/B police proof.
