8/4/22 – This is an original WW2 German Army belt and buckle. The buckle is field-issued with most of the olive green paint still intact. There’s surface patina and natural aging mostly along the edges. No markings on the reverse. The leather belt has honest surface wear that’s mostly wrinkling on the exterior. The fastening hook end of the belt is maker stamped and 1942 dated as shown. The stitching near the buckle-end of the belt is replacement – see photos.
