5/4/20 – This is an original WW2 Luger magazine. We believe this is a rare Eagle/154 proof stamped magazine due to the eagle stamp on the base. There appears to be a very faint single digit number under the eagle’s talon on the proof stamp. Judging from the serial number on the base, and from the middle “single digit” showing under the proof stamp (appears to be a 5), we conclude this must be a G date eagle 154 proof. We tried to get a good closeup of the proof. The magazine is in great overall condition with a strong, fully functional spring. There is some minimal discoloration and surface scratching on the tube, but no excessive wear.
