6/7/21 – This is a near-mint example of a French Mauser rig, manufactured immediately after WW2. The gun is matching and has a French proof on the trigger guard. The slide has an “Eagle N” proof, indicating they were using Nazi-era parts. There is a lanyard ring, which could mean it went to a police force – no way to know for sure. The rig comes with two-WW2 era magazines and a nice WW2-era unmarked holster. The gun has retained more than 98% of its finish. Just a hint of wear around the muzzle and freckling on the straps. Mint bore.
