8/2/23 – This is a nice example of an FN Browning Model 1922, manufactured post-WW2. It is all matching, has the proper Belgian proofs, and has a “Bahnpolizei US Zone” marking on the right side of the slide, indicating it was issued to the railway police in the US Zone of Germany. Import mark on the slide as well. It has retained about 90% of its original finish. While there is not much actual finish loss, there is noticeable spotty oxidation and pin-pricking throughout. Fitted with excellent black plastic grips and comes with one proper magazine. Mint bore.
