3/15/23 – This is probably the finest example we’ve offered of a complete, Prussian military Mauser C96 Broomhandle rig from World War I. Prussian military eagle stamped clearly on the trigger guard. The pistol is all matching and original, including the original grips and matching stock. The pistol has about 98% of the original blue remaining, with high edge wear in the common areas from being stored inside the wooden stock/holster. Beautiful fire blued small parts and a mint bore. Included with this listing is the original matching stock, which has a military proof and no cracks/damage. The rig is complete with an excellent harness, which is 1917 dated and maker marked. It’s got very little wear, just minor cracking on the closure straps. It comes with an original cleaning rod and spare magazine spring. Comes with a repro manual. Lastly, the listing includes several boxes of vintage ammo, including several with full stripper clips.
