5/25/23 – This is an extremely rare variation of Walther PP Made in 1940. It was sold to the Swedish government and used by the guards who protected the electric power and hydro-electric power plant during WW2. Guards were needed to protect the utilities of the country from sabotage. The gun is all matching and has the proper “Statens Vattenfallsverk” Swedish Water Authority property marking on the right side of the frame, as well as a “Nr 26” inventory number. One of only about 100 made. It has retained nearly all of its finish with just hints of wear on some of the high edges, and there is a scuff mark on the left side of the frame. Comes in an un-numbered box that is stamped by a retailer in Sweden. We assume these were sold in a commercial shop after the war was over and the guards were turning in their guns. Also comes with one proper wartime magazine. The bore is near-mint.
