7/11/23 – This is an exceptional example of a complete Army Mauser Luger rig from 1937. It’s a first variation example with strawed small parts. The original blue rates at 97-98% with minor wear on the muzzle/sideplate and a little more on the front strap. Original, matching grips and one of the original, matching magazines. The grips are beautiful with sharp checkering but there is a small, repaired chip under the safety. Strong, shiny bore with minor signs of use. The rig includes a period original but mismatched magazine, as well as a droop E/63 tool. It is completed by a gorgeous brown leather holster, which shows no notable defects.
