08/19/2024 – For sale is a very nice Winchester Model 1873 that was manufactured in 1883. The rifle is chambered in .32-20 and has a 23.5″ barrel. The rifle is in an overall great condition for its age with a hint of the original bluing visible. The finish has mainly browned and greyed with age and a nice layer of patina throughout. There are some spots of oxidation visible but there are no signs of pitting or heavy corrosion. The stock and forend are in great shape with no cracks or breaks. The bore is fantastic and almost mirror bright and near factory-new. The top of the barrel is stamped “32-cal”. The dust cover on the receiver is functional.
