3/24/22 – This is an excellent example of a Walther PP issued to the Nazi military in 1943. The gun is all matching and has the proper “Waffen 359” Nazi military acceptance proofs on the slide and frame. The letters “P.I.M.” have been stamped into both sides of the frame, likely the initials of the person who owned this gun. There is a factory over-stamp of one of the numbers in the serial on the slide. The gun comes as a rig with a generic un-marked commercial holster and one proper wartime magazine. The gun has retained about 97-98% of its original finish. While there is very little actual finish loss, there are small scratches and handling marks along both sides of the slide. Most noticeable on the left side. Comes with excellent period-correct black bakelite grips. Stone-mint bore.
