10/20/22 – This is an excellent example of a Walther PP issued to the Nazi military in 1944. It is all matching and has the proper “Waffen 359” military acceptance proofs on the slide and frame. It has retained about 96-97% of its original finish. There is a hint of muzzle wear and very minor thinning on both grip straps. On the right side of the frame (near the serial number) there is a noticeable area of what appear to be machine witness marks, not actual wear. Comes with nice black bakelite grips – some light cracking along the edges of both panels. Also comes with one period-correct wartime magazine. Mint bore.
