12/28/21 – This is an excellent example of a Swiss Bern K31 Rifle, manufactured between 1948-52. It is all matching and has the proper Swiss Cross Shield logo on the receiver. The bolt is numbered with an electro-pencil to match the rest of the gun. There is a very faint import mark on the left side of the receiver. The gun comes with an original leather sling and brass muzzle cover. The gun has retained most of its finish, but there is minor spotty wear around the muzzle and front sight and some spotty discoloration on the receiver. Some light handling marks and a series of tiny dings on the underside of the magazine. The stock is nice, but there are minor dings, dents, and bruises throughout. The bore is very shiny with very strong rifling and just a few small spots of minor oxidation.
