6/26/24 – This is an original WW2 Party Leader Uniform Belt Buckle. The buckle comes complete with a detached retaining / fastening loop. This fastening loop is excellent with original gold gilded finish and exterior oak leaf pattern that shows minimal surface patina. The reverse is maker stamped RZM M4/22/5 for Christian Theodor Dicke. This doesn’t match the maker code on the interior of the buckle, which is M4/72 for Wilhelm Deumer. However, the condition of both pieces is congruent, and these have likely been together for some time. The buckle is a minty example with shiny high edges on the gold gilded finish. Beautiful details and hard to upgrade example.
