09/10/2024 – For sale is an Enfield No4 Mk1 rifle chambered in .303 British and produced during WW2. This rifle had undergone FTR (Factory Through Repair) refurbishment at the Fazakerly arsenal in 1949. The rifle is in excellent condition overall with a nice dark enamel finish on the metal. The stock is also in great condition without any cracks or breaks. There are some handling marks visible and there’s an arsenal repair at the pistol grip. The bore is bright with great rifling but slightly dark in the grooves which likely is just carbon build up and should clean out. The rifle comes with a soviet style canvas sling.
