12/17/21 – This is an excellent example of a Nambu Type 14 rig issued to the Japanese military in September of 1944. The gun is all matching (including the firing pin) and comes as a rig with one original matching-numbered magazine and one excellent period-correct hard rubber holster. The gun has retained about 96% of its original finish. Most of the bluing loss is thinning on the grip straps, so the profile views are minty. There are just hints of wear on some of the high edges. Comes with very nice matching-numbered wood grips – there is a small chip in the center of the right panel. The bore is mint.
