05/06/2024 – For sale is a Type 99 Arisaka made by the Kokura Factory during WW2. The marking denotes that it is a 21st series rifle. This rifle is in great condition and retains the full Imperial Mum. The rifle retains a lot of its original bluing but surviving the Pacific theater there are signs of pitting and freckling. The rifle is all matching including the receiver, Bolt, safety knob, firing pin, and dust cover. The comes with a monopod and the bayonet lug is not numbered which is correct for early 21st series rifles. The bore is excellent and very bright. The stock is clean with some dings and bumps but is in great condition. The rifle comes with an original rubber/canvas sling.
