8/14/23 – This is an excellent example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1937. All matching with the proper “Eagle 63” proofs. This is a first-variation example with straw-colored small parts. It comes as a rig with two original matching-numbered magazines and a 1937-dated holster (the tool pouch on the inside is missing). The gun itself has retained about 94-95% of its original finish. There are areas of minor wear around the muzzle, on the side plate, and on the side rails. Very minor dulling and light brown patina on the grip straps. Fitted with excellent un-numbered wood grips. Very nice bore with great rifling and just very light frosting throughout.
