3/29/18 – This is one of the better early Russian TT33 pistols we’ve seen, in excellent original condition and retaining around 93-94% of its original high luster blue with just a couple of minor spots of holster wear as per pictures and no pitting evident anywhere.. The grips and the bore are excellent as well. The gun is all matching, including the frame, barrel, slide and the hammer group. The gun comes with its original excellent 1937 dated and maker marked holster. 1937 dated TT33 pistols in this condition are very uncommon and are a dark reminder of Stalin’s purges that took place the same year the gun was made.
