2/3/24 – This is an excellent, all-correct example of a Winchester M1 Garand issued to the US military during WW2. The serial number on the receiver dates to about May of 1944, the barrel and internal parts are Winchester marked, and the stock has the proper Winchester “WRA GHD” and cross-canon cartouches. The original finish on the metal parts rates about 96-97% with just minor high edge wear on the receiver. The wood furniture is excellent, showing below-average signs of wear. Mint bore. Muzzle reading: 2. Throat reading: 2. Just an excellent, all-correct example.
