4/21/22 – This is an original Colt Model 1917 revolver in excellent condition. Military inspector’s mark on frame with ‘UNITED STATES PROPERTY’ marked barrel. There is very little bluing loss on this firearm with a standard turn line on the cylinder and a little bluing loss on the muzzle and grip straps. There’s also an area of patina that’s clearly visible on the left side of the frame. Right side profile is minty, and the bore hardly looks fired. Good, smooth mechanics. Grips are hand numbered internally and matching to the gun.
