8/14/24 – This is an excellent Colt Model 1911 slide issued to the US military. Proper vertical “H” proof stamp above the firing pin. This slide has been arsenal refinished and has retained virtually all of its finish. While there isn’t much actual finish loss, there is minor surface oxidation throughout the top of the slide, and surface scratching along both sides. There is a tiny ding on the left corner of the rear sight.
