1/25/22 – This is an excellent example of a Colt M1908 Vest Pocket manufactured in 1923. The gun is all correct and has retained about 97% of its original finish. There are just hints of wear on the high edges and some very minor thinning on the back strap. While there is very little actual finish loss, there are tiny dots of oxidation here and there. There are also small areas with tiny pits on the top and left side of the slide, right side of the frame, and on the trigger. A few tiny scratches on the right side of the slide. Beautiful case-hardening on the trigger. Comes with excellent hard-rubber Colt grips and one proper magazine. Also comes with a modern fabric holster. The bore has good rifling with minor frosting in the grooves.
