06/19/2024 – For sale is a CMP 1911A1 with a Colt frame and Ithaca slide. The frame was made in 1943. The handgun is in great condition overall with a nice parkerized finish. The slide and frame have some small spots of finish loss around the edges. The bore is very bright with great rifling but there are streaks in the lands and grooves from use. The barrel is made by Colt and is stamped N and P on one side and M on the other. The pistol comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from CMP, as well as a commercial magazine, pistol lock, and a 1911 maintenance manual.
