07/25/2024 – For sale is a rare Smith & Wesson Model 544 revolver made for the sesquicentennial anniversary of Texas. The rifle is a gorgeous high polish blued finish that has minimal wear. The only wear mark visible is a thin line of the cylinder stop against the cylinder. The wood grips are excellent and in great condition. The right side of the barrel is stamped with 1836 TEXAS 1986. The right side of the frame is stamped with the state of texas and a covered wagon with the years. The revolver comes with a locked wood display case that has a nice felt interior. The box comes with the key.
