8/17/22 – This is an excellent example of a Russian Mosin Nagant 91/30 rifle manufactured in 1943. It is all matching and has an import mark on the left side of the receiver. It comes with a period-correct bayonet (numbered but mismatched), two ammo pouches, field tool kit, canvas sling, and an oiler can. From the gun’s dark finish, we assume it has been arsenal-refurbished. A few light scratches on the barrel and both sides of the magazine. The wood stock is very nice, but there is some chipping in the finish and some light scratches here and there. The bore has strong rifling with some light frosting here and there in the grooves.
