11/23/22 – This is an excellent example of a Remington Model 1903 rifle issued to the US military during WW2. Both the receiver and barrel date to June of 1942. The barrel is also Remington marked. The bolt is also Remington marked. The wood stock is a replacement and is not marked in any way. Overall, the gun is in excellent condition with very little finish loss. There is just some very minor wear around some of the high edges and on the butt plate. The wood stock is excellent with only some minor scratches and handling marks here and there. Mint bore. Comes with a front sight hood and green canvas sling.
